Love Like This Chapter 4
First Day Pain

Days have passed since then and now summer is coming to an end. Samantha is reading Red Riding Hood when Kairi comes in.
"Knock! Knock!" announces Kairi as she comes in with a large white box.
"Hey...um what's that in your hand?"
"Here, you open it and find out." she said as she handed the box to Samantha. She takes it and starts to open it, anxiously. As soon as she is close to opening it, Kairi rushes to open it and says,
"Isn't it cute? This is our school uniform! And oh-my-gosh it matches you!"
"Kairi!"
"Well it's blue, blue matches you well. And have you seen the uniform? Let me take it out for you to see."
The school uniform consisted of a white collar shirt with blue stripes on the ends of the sleeves and the collar. It also came with a blue tie with a matching skirt. It had a dark navy blue knee high socks with white stripes at the end of the socks. Then she looked down and found black Mary Jane shoes. She looked up and smiled in satisfaction.
Samantha chuckles and shakes her head a little. Then she looks out to the diamond sky and sighs.
"You okay?"
Samantha turns to her,"Yeah...why wouldn't I be?"
"Well if I remember correctly, in kindergarten when you first came into the neighborhood you looked scared and wanted to pee your pants off."
"KAIRI!"
Kairi laughed and continued, "Well my point is, it looked like you were so scared of something new coming in and never wanted to open up. Don't be scared of changes, things happen for a reason, as they say."
"But we might not even have the same classes..."
"Don't let your shyness get in the way of you getting used to your new environment and making new friends. Fight it."
"But..."
"No buts! Besides I think we get breaks between classes so I can visit your class." reassured Kairi with a comforting smile.
Samantha smiled and said, "Thanks Kairi, what would I be without you?"
"A loner."
"That's so mean!" exclaimed Samantha then hit her with a pillow.
"I'm just kidding." laughed Kairi and hugged her. They laughed the night away.

The Next Day...
Samantha was fast asleep until her alarm clock started ringing. She groaned and randomly tapped the desk next to her for the clock and slammed it. Samantha started to get up and realized she had only 10 minutes to get ready, eat, and go to school.
"KAIRI!"
Kairi, in the living room, said, "Uh oh..." Then she ran to Samantha's room. As soon as she saw Kairi, who was already ready for school, she asked,
"Why didn't you wake me up?"
"Well you looked like Sleeping Beauty so I didn't want to wake you up..."
"Kairi..."
"Uh oh..."
"Oh yeah..."
Then Samantha started to run after her but after a few minutes realized she had even fewer minutes until it was time to go.
"O-okay as an apology I'll do you're hair for you."
"How is that an apology?"
"Trust me, with how your hair looks like now, it counts."
Samantha growled. Kairi looked her straight in the eyes and said, "Honey, that doesn't scare me anymore."
"Fine let me get dressed."
After Samantha is done getting dresses, Kairi started to fix her hair in the remaining time they have. She quickly curled her hair and put in hairclips that looked like a blue flower. "There you're done."
"Wow..."
"You look so CUTE!"
Samantha blushed and said, "No I don't..."
"Well as much as I want to argue with you on how cute you look, we have to go down before we're late for our first day of school."
"Right...let's go!"
They run out the room and a couple of seconds later, Samantha comes up and picks up her bag and cell phone(Wow slow much?)
"You girls ready?"
"Yeah!"
"Okay, let's go Vincent."
"Sure...sis remember if someone starts to bully you tell me."
"I will, don't worry." she smiled then got into the car.
While they were in the car, Samantha said, "But isn't it kinda unfair though?"
"What's unfair?" asked her mom.
"We just graduated 8th grade in America and we were in middle school...we're still in middle school!"
"Things are different around the world, you'll get used to it."
"I was kinda hoping to get into high school."
Her mom laughed, "Oh sweetie, enjoy you're youth, you only get to enjoy it once...OH! Vincent here's your stop."
"Okay bye mom."
"Bye sweetie, have a great first day of school."
"BYE VINNY!"
"Shut up! I'm at school!"
Samantha pouted and sat back in her seat. Kairi and Samantha's mom laughed and started to drive to their new school.
"Here you guys are, have a great time at school ok?"
"Ok bye mom." Samantha said and kissed her mom on the cheek.
"Thank you Mrs.Lee!"
"You're welcome, I'll be back to pick you guys up."
"Ok bye mom!"
They started to walk towards the school entrance.

With J.S...
The gang was in one room, where all the girls crowded around the entrance, making sure no one could get in. "Ugh the screams of the girls are starting to annoy me." grunted Hyung-ki.
"You should be used to it by now." explained WanSeung.
"He does have a point there." agreed Min-ki.
"Oh shut up!" exclaimed Hyung-ki then he looked at Hyuk Ji who was flirting with a girl in his class, "Yo! Hyuk Ji quit playing with the girl's feelings."
"I'm not playing with her feelings, am I?" Hyuk Ji asked the girl. She blushed and answered,
"No you're not."
"See?"
"YuHan? Can't you do something about him?"
YuHan looked away from his book and said, "This shouldn't really be a surprise, remember what happened in the mansion with his girlfriend?"
Hyuk Ji glared at him and YuHan just smiled. They gang laughed.
"Oh I just remembered, I heard from the teachers that there are going to be two new foreigners coming to our school." informed WanSeung.
The gang looked at him, especially Hyuk Ji which made the girl mad and made her walk away."Are you serious?" asked Min-ki.
"Are they girls?" asked Hyung-ki.
"Correction: are they cute girls?" said YuHan, knowing that's what they wanted to ask.
"Well they are girls, but how am I suppose to know if they're cute or not, I just heard there are going to be two new students."
"Well..." Hyuk Ji began to say, grabbing their attention, "We'll find out once class starts."

With Samantha and Kairi...
They finally find the office and go in. "Excuse me?" Samantha said shyly.
"Yes?" asked the lady who looked different from the other staff members, "Oh you must be the new students Samantha Lee and Kairi Miller. Welcome to Scarlet Phoenix Middle School! I am you're principal, Mr. Kim."
Samantha bowed her head and Kairi followed her. "Please to meet you Mr.Kim."
"Well you two don't have to worry about being separated, seeing it looks like you guys are really close, a representative should be coming to show you to the classroom." informed Mr.Kim.
"Really?" asked Kairi. And as soon as she asked, the door opened and Mr.Kim said,
"Oh here she is, Anne come here please."
Anne was the same height as Samantha and Kairi. Her hair was wavy layered and the color was dirty blonde. Her eyes were the color of the sky and lips the color of a pink rose. Sadly though, the glasses took away the beauty that could have made her so popular with the guys.
"H-hello I'm Anne Chu...n-nice to meet you." greeted Anne shyly, which made her look like an adorable little middle schooler.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Samantha Lee and this is..."
"Kairi Miller, please to meet you, Anne."
Anne seemed to blush as if it was her first time someone called her by her name.
"So this is the representative that will show you around the school, teach you the basic rules of this school," informed Mr.Kim, "And hopefully become you're friend, because you see Anne is pretty shy and..."
"Mr.Kim!" exclaimed Anne and covered her mouth, like she said something wrong. Samantha and Kairi looked at each other and bursted out laughing. Anne looked embarrassed and Samantha could see that.
"Oh we didn't laugh at you, I swear! It just seems like you guys are like father-and-daughter." explained Samantha.
"Oh..." answered Anne as she again felt embarrassed.
Kairi put her arms around her and said, "Well Ms. representative, show us the way."
"O-okay..."
"Thank you Mr.Kim!" exclaimed Kairi as she waved behind her.
"Have a great day at school girls!"
So the girls quickly got acquainted(though Anne is still shy and Kairi is being way too noisy and asking her questions) and they have finally arrived at their classroom. From the sounds of it, it was out of control...like monkeys going wild!
"Please w-wait out here until I call you..."
"Are you sure you can handle this class?" asked Kairi.
"Yes...I am the class representative..." assured Anne, though she looked concerned, she opened the door, walked in, then closed the door.
Samantha and Kairi peeked in and saw Anne looking down on the ground but still trying to get the attention of the students, but they ignored her and continued on with whatever they were doing. Looking back at Anne, she looked like she was so embarrassed and about to cry.
"Anne..."
"What are those dumbos doing not listening to the class representative? Shouldn't you listen to them if you don't wanna get in trouble?" asked Kairi.
"Yeah but apparently we're not in America anymore..."
"Well I'm not going to let them just stomp on her like she's useless!" asserted Kairi as she got up to the door.
"Wait! Kairi!"
Kairi slammed the door opened, but the students still continued doing what they were doing. Seeing as she didn't get their attention, Kairi walked to where Anne was.
"K-Kairi? Y-you're not suppose to..."
Kairi slammed her hand on the front desk so loud the whole class stopped what they were doing. "FINALLY! I finally got your attention! Now shut up and let the representative do her job!" yelled Kairi as she stood in front of the clueless students.
at the back of the room,Min-ki whispered to the guys,
"What's that girl's problem?"
Hyung-ki whispered back,
"I don't know but she seems pretty cute"
WanSeung whispered,
"Guys! Shut up!"
They looked up and saw another girl enter and their jaws dropped. "Um I'm sorry you guys, it's just her justice system occurs when she sees something um..... unjustified." explained Samantha as she put her hand on Kairi's shoulder to calm her down.
Anne, finding this a chance to introduce them, said, "Um guys these are the new students who will be here with us for the school year. This,"
she pointed to Kairi, "This is Kairi Miller."
Finally being calmed down, Kairi bowed her head and greeted, "Hello, I'm Kairi Miller, sorry about before..."
"And this is Samantha Lee." announced Anne.
Samantha bowed her head and greeted lively with a smile, "Hello! I'm Samantha Lee. Please take care of me and my friend Kairi."
Back to J.S, YuHan, Hyung-ki, and Hyuk Ji looked as if they were star struck. Wow...thought the guys.
Just in time, the teacher comes and greets the girls. "Welcome to our classroom. I see you guys seemed to tame our classroom's wild behavior."
"No it's not like that, it just annoys me when everyone doesn't do what they're suppose to." Kairi explained.
"You two can sit to the right of the classroom, near the windows."
"Okay, thank you." answered the girls and walked to their spots. As Samantha looked up, she locked eyes with a guy whose green eyes seem to penetrate through her. She shook the feeling off before she could fall and went to her desk. The guy, YuHan, never stopped looking at her, and Hyuk Ji noticed it.

After Class...
Samantha sighed in relief,"Finally we can take a break I'm so tired..."
"You'll get used to it." Anne shyly said.
"We have to keep up with everything and just when we thought we were going to high school..." Kairi complained.
"Well it's not entirely bad, at least we don't have to study as hard." Kairi said trying to sound enthusiastic.
"Yeah...hey Anne, do you guys have a soda machine?"
"Um well we do, why do you need a drink?"
"yeah but I'll get it myself, can you tell me where it is?"
"Sure it's down the hall." answered Anne.
"Okay, I'll be back guys."
"Okay." said Anne and Kairi. Samantha got out of her seat and out in the hallway.
"So guys what do you think of the new girls?" asked Hyung-ki.
"The first girl who barged in is pretty cute, but you shouldn't try to get on her bad side." Min-ki answered and the gang laughs.
"Hey! Girls like that are strong and confident, I think she's great!" argued WanSeung.
"What? Does little WanSeung have a wittle crush on her?"
"N-no I don't!" he argued while blushing a little.
The guys laugh.
"I agree with Min-ki and the second girl...she seems plain but she seems pretty cute when she's nice." said Hyung-ki as he day dreams about Samantha. YuHan and Hyuk Ji stay quiet, which makes Hyung-ki question them,
"What do you guys think?"
"I think I need a drink." answered Hyuk Ji and got up his seat. While walking down the small aisle, girls started squealing at the sight of him.
"Okay...what about you YuHan?"
YuHan was listening to his IPod, making sure he doesn't hear a word he says. This made Hyung-ki aggravated and sit back in his chair. Looking up, YuHan saw two guys go out, which gave YuHan this bad feeling, so he got up and followed them.
"HEY! YUHAN! Where you going?" asked WanSeung. But YuHan ignored them and walked out the classroom.

With Samantha at the Vending Machine...
Samantha got her money out and inserted it into the machine and was deciding on what to buy until a hand was on it. "Hey Sam." said an unfamiliar voice.
She turned around and saw a guy whose arms were almost close to her, and another guy, both which seemed to be from the same class as her.
"Um...may I help you with something?"
"Yeah...come play with us." told the one guy who was close to her.
"Excuse me?"
"Go out with us, we want to know you better."
"Thanks...but no thanks." answered Samantha and as soon as the soda fell out, She grabbed it and tried to walk away, but the guy kept both hands so that she wouldn't be able to move.
"Come on..."
"I said no..."
The guy tried to kiss her until he heard his friend grunt in pain. Samantha peeked to see a guy with shining short layered black hair punch him in the stomach. The guy turned back and went back to being aggressive which made Samantha close her eyes and crossed her arms in front of her face, until she felt nothing and slowly put her arms down to find he was lying on the floor in pain. She put her hands on her mouth and looked up to find the guy standing in between the two fallen guys, and turned to Samantha.
Samantha flinched and turned her head and closed her eyes until she heard him say, "Get up...I'm not going to hurt you."
She looked up and blushed as she looked into his eyes, it seemed so mysterious yet it felt like it could see through her. He smiled and put his hands out, automatically she took it and he pulled her into him. The crowd that surrounded them gasped as to see that their favorite J.S member hanging a girl who just got into the school. Samantha was the most shocked as he grabbed her to a place that wasn't near the crowd.
"Um...uh....excuse me?" Samantha said as she followed him to what seems to be outside, which connects their building to another building.
The guy stopped and Samantha gets nervous, but speaks up, "I just wanna say thanks for what you did back then..."
"...get..."
"Um excuse me?"
The guy turned and Samantha blushed. He walked closer to her and she continued backing away until she hit the wall. "So in return for that, what do I get?" he asked.
"Um I don't know..."
She looks up at him and suddenly, he kisses her. Samantha's eyes widen in disbelief and tries to push him away, but he holds her hands down from struggling. Samantha tried to resist but seemed to be in a trance. When he decided to stop, he whispered in her ear,
"You'll be mine."
Then he walked away. Shocked and in disbelief, Samantha shouted,
"HEY! I'M NOT SOME TOY YOU KNOW!"
He didn't seem to hear, but he grinned and continued to walk away. Samantha fell to the ground and shook her head to shake the feeling off. However, Samantha touched her lips and could still feel him and his touch. The thought made her blush even more until her phone started to ring, taking her out of her thoughts.
"H-hello?" answered Samantha.
"Samantha? It's mom."
"Mommy!"
"Did something happen?"
Samantha still felt embarrassed but didn't want to tell her mom, "Um no mommy, nothing happened..."
"...Okay if you say so, of sweetie is it okay if I drop you at your dad's work?"
"Um sure...why?"
"Well I kinda forgot to give him his lunch and also I think it'd be best if he had his daughter help out on his first day of work."
"Sure, I'd love to help."
"Okay so I'll see you after school."
"Okay bye mom."
"Bye sweetie."
She hung up and sighed. Still thinking about what happened, she squealed in disbelief. My first kiss? Stolen by a guy like that? UGH!thought Samantha.

After School...
Samantha and Kairi say goodbye to Anne and got into the car. So the girls started to talk,
"So Samantha, what happened? I saw like a crowd and I heard it involved you but as soon as I got through, you disappeared."
"It's nothing...."
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah I'm sure besides I...I was just there when a fight between three guys occurred, that's all."
"Okay...if you say so."
"Okay Samantha, this is your dad's lunch please make sure he eats it." informed her mom.
"Okay mom! Bye Kairi I'll see you tonight."
"Okay, bye!"
Then they drove away. Samantha looked at the building and thought to herself,Dang this building is huge! I wonder what daddy's job is...
She walked into the building and inside was a large room the size of a cafeteria. Samantha walked towards the front desk while looking at the fancy people. "Um excuse me?"
"Yes miss?"
"I'm looking for my father, Lee Ji Young."
"Ah yes, he's on the third floor in second room on the left"
"Thank you." Samantha said and bowed her head. Then she walked towards the elevator and pressed the button for it to open. The door was about to close when someone called out,
"Wait! Please hold the door!"
Samantha held the door and saw a guy that seemed her age. He had light brown hair that was layered, a bit curly, and a little long which was the reason why he had put it into a ponytail. His eyes crystal green, the same eyes that seemed to penetrate her in school. He wore an black sleeveless shirt with black baggy gym pants. He was carrying a bag and was sweating alot. He got in and said,
"Thank you..."
Samantha laughed, "No problem."
The guy looked at her and asked, "hey aren't you that new girl in my class?"
Samantha looked at the guy again and recognized him. The eyes that seemed to hypnotize her was the same guy standing in the elevator. "Y-yeah and you are?"
"YuHan...Shin YuHan, and you're Samantha Lee."
"Yeah...wow I'm surprised you remember my name so quickly."
"Well you've been the hot topic that has been talked since you came in."
"Wait I am?"
"Yeah everyone is talking about the two new foreigners."
The elevator dinged and both said,
"Well I gotta go..."
They both looked at each other and blushed a little and laughed. "So we're on the same floor?" asked YuHan.
"Yeah."
"Which room are you going in?"
"The second room..." Samantha said as she turned left and as soon as she looked she saw someone familiar. Then she pointed and said,
"YOU!"
The guys looked, and Hyuk Ji looked up from his stretches and smiled.
